Are you able to deliver to my address?
We now deliver islandwide to non-restricted areas, including Sentosa. We currently do not support restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Ports, SATS, Aerospace zones, Shipyards, Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Airport zones, ALPS Ave, Camps, Checkpoints, Construction sites, and Supply bases. What is the difference between a 5 Day VS a 10 Day meal plan?
5 day meal plans are only for 5 selectable dates. 10 day meal plans are for 10 selectable dates. We only allow for one address change on a 10 Day meal plan. The number of meals delivered on each selected date is dependant on the type of plan that you have ordered. You will be able to view the menu for each meal plan on their respective product write up page.

Are there any delivery fees?
There are no delivery fees for meal plan deliveries.

What time would the meals be delivered?
Lunch + Dinner Meal Plans: 10am - 12pm
Lunch Only Meal Plans: 10am - 12pm
Dinner Only Meal Plans: 6.30pm - 8pm
The food will be delivered right to your doorstep in the above mentioned timeslots, on weekdays from the date which you have selected, or on the dates which you have specified. There will be no deliveries on public holidays.

What if I need to change a delivery date?
All 5-day meal plans will enjoy a maximum of 2 changes*.
All 10-day meal plans will enjoy a maximum of 4 changes*. 
*You may amend more than one date within each change.
You would have to notify us, exclusively by email at mealplan@leanbento.com by 4pm, one working day prior to the scheduled delivery. If you fail to notify by then, we will have to proceed with the delivery.

Can I change the delivery address?
For all 10-day meal plans, customers are able* to change their delivery address once.
For all 5-day meal plans, change of delivery address is heavily subjected to the availability* of drivers.
*Please contact our customer care at least three working days ahead of your next delivery via mealplan@leanbento.com. Change of delivery address is feasible on the condition that the new delivery address is on Singapore mainland, require no security clearance, and within the operating zones of our delivery team.

What is the validity of my meal plan to flexibly schedule the delivery dates?
Upon having the first delivery date scheduled, the meal plan will have a blanket validity of 30 calendar days from the start of the first delivery date to have all the other delivery dates scheduled.
In other words, you have a lot of flexibility to change* a delivery date to fit your schedule. You would have to notify us, exclusively by email at mealplan@leanbento.com by 4pm, one working day prior to the scheduled delivery. If you fail to notify by then, we will have to proceed with your standing instructions for the original delivery schedule.
*All 5-day meal plans will enjoy a maximum of 2 changes.
*All 10-day meal plans will enjoy a maximum of 4 changes.

What are the other validities of my meal plan?
All meal plans have a blanket validity of 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to schedule the first delivery date. 
This meal plan will automatically become invalid for if the first delivery date was not scheduled within the same period of 60 calendar days. 
Upon having the first delivery date scheduled, the meal plan will have a blanket validity of 30 calendar days from the start of the first delivery date to have all the other delivery dates scheduled.

Is the food chilled/frozen or cooked fresh?
Our food is freshly prepared on a daily basis. In each delivery, you will receive a daily package consisting of a tasty lunch, satisfying dinner and healthful dessert.

Who will be delivering my meals?
Delivery will be undertaken by our 3rd party delivery professionals and dutifully served to your doorstep based on the delivery information provided by our customer at the time of purchasing the meal plan. Upon arrival, our delivery personnel will contact you via your mobile number.

Do you provide Vegan/Vegetarian/Keto meal plans?
We currently do not have any plans that specifically fit these dietary requirements. However, we will keep these in mind as we expand our meal plan subscription service.
