What if my delivery address is not within the available delivery zones?

Are there any delivery fees?
There are no delivery fees for meal plan deliveries.

What time would the meals be delivered?
Food will be delivered right to your doorstep between 10am-12pm on weekdays from the date which you have selected, or on the dates which you have specified. There will be no deliveries on public holidays.

What if I need to change a delivery date?
A maximum of three date changes are allowed per meal plan. You would have to notify us, exclusively by email at mealplan@leanbento.com by 4pm, one working day prior to the scheduled delivery. If you fail to notify by then, we will have to proceed with the delivery.

Can I change the delivery address?
A one-time change is allowed per meal plan, if the desired location is within our subscription delivery areas. Customers may request for this change, exclusively by email at mealplan@leanbento.com.

What is the validity of my meal plan for me to schedule the delivery dates?
All meal plans have a standard validity of 30 calendar days from the start of its first delivery date. In other words, you have a lot of flexibility to change a delivery date to fit your schedule. A maximum of three date changes are allowed per meal plan. You would have to notify us, exclusively by email at mealplan@leanbento.com by 4pm, one working day prior to the scheduled delivery. If you fail to notify by then, we will have to proceed with the delivery.

Is the food chilled/frozen or cooked fresh?
Our food is freshly prepared on a daily basis. In each delivery, you will receive a daily package consisting of a tasty lunch, satisfying dinner and healthful dessert.

Who will be delivering my meals?
Delivery will be undertaken by our 3rd party delivery professionals and dutifully served to your doorstep based on the delivery information provided by our customer at the time of purchasing the meal plan. Upon arrival, our delivery personnel will contact you via your mobile number.

Do you provide Vegan/Vegetarian/Keto meal plans?
We currently do not have any plans that specifically fit these dietary requirements. However, we will keep these in mind as we expand our meal plan subscription service.
